Titan Exploration was established in 2017 as Kimmeridge's operating company in the Powder River Basin. Titan is wholly owned and managed by Kimmeridge. Since early 2017 we have established a leasehold position of around 53,000 NMA in the geologic core of the central PRB. We have drilled 7 operated Niobrara horizontal wells and participated as a non-op WI partner in 19 Niobrara and 29 Mowry horizontal wells.

Our goal is to discover and responsibly develop oil and gas resources in Wyoming's Powder River Basin, where we believe there are significant undeveloped oil and gas reserves in unconventional reservoirs such as the Niobrara, Mowry, Frontier and Shannon formations.
